Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Appsgain Technologies, we strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, we do not generally offer refunds once the development process has commenced or resources have been allocated.

2. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. The following terms apply:

  • Before Project Start: If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.
  • During Development: If you cancel during the development phase, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payments made will be adjusted against the billable amount, and the balance (if any) may be refunded or carried forward as credit.
  • After Delivery: No refunds will be issued once the final product has been delivered or deployed.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14-30 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe:

  • The client is in breach of our Terms of Service.
  • The dissatisfaction is due to a change in requirements or lack of cooperation from the client.
  • The request is made after the agreed-upon review period has expired.

5. Dispute Resolution
